B&B Policy

An initial meet and greet is mandatory to discuss your pet's needs such as feeding schedule, diet, medications, known issues, and triggers. Please provide proof of vaccinations, leash, and a supply of your pet's food for the duration of the stay. You may also leave your pet's bed with us so that your pet will have a familiar object in our home.

Overnight service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for current clients.

Day care and walks must be cancelled before 8am the same day.
Cancellations made after 8am will be charged at full rate.

Last minute reservations are not always guaranteed, but will try to accommodate.

Last minute reservations, weekends, holidays, additional dogs from
the same household and pick up and drop off outside of a 10 block range will have
an additional charge on top of the standard rate.

Current clients must call, text, email me every Sunday to submit a schedule of that week.

I require a standard meet and greet for all new clients.
